All states and territories across Australia, delivering your LumeCeuticals skincare order to:
- Your home address
- Your work address
- PO BOX
- 24/7 Parcel Lockers
Australia Post Does NOT Ship To
Australia Post generally delivers nationwide but may not deliver to inaccessible, unsafe, or remote locations, including specific sites lacking safe access, secure apartment mailrooms, or areas with extreme weather/hazards.
If a parcel cannot be delivered safely, Australia Post often leaves a notification card for collection at a nearby Post Office.
Delivery Times
Australia Post delivery times, within Australia, can range from:
- Express Post 1 – 4+ business days
- Parcel Post 2 – 6+ business days
Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Same-state (Melbourne) deliveries are faster than interstate, and tracking is available for most services via the AusPost app.
If You're Not Home at the Time of Delivery
If you are not home for an Australia Post delivery, the driver will typically take the parcel to a local Post Office for collection or place it in a Parcel Locker.
You will receive a card, SMS, or email notification advising where to collect it, usually within 10 business days.
What Happens Next:
- Safe Drop (Authority to Leave): If you set up "Authority to Leave" (ATL), the postie may leave the item in a safe place.
- Post Office Collection: If a signature is required or no safe place is found, the item will be taken to a nearby Post Office.
- Parcel Locker: If you have an app account and a locker is nearby, it might be left there.
Check Your Details
Please double-check your shipping and contact details in your order confirmation email to ensure they are correct.

If your order has already been dispatched, any additional charges or "return to sender" costs due to incorrect delivery information will be payable.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet
You can check the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your Shipment Order email.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays may require extra processing time.

Out of Stock Products
If a product in your order is out of stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch. Your order confirmation email will reflect the updated dispatch date.
