Delivery Times
Sendle:
- Metro VIC, NSW, QLD, SA: 2 – 5 business days
- Regional Areas + WA: 5 – 9 business days (depending on your location)
Australia Post Express:
- Australia Wide: 1-4 days (depending on your location)

Authority to Leave (ATL)
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave. This means the driver will leave your parcel at the delivery address without requiring a signature, provided it’s safe to do so.
Add Delivery Instructions
We recommend including short, specific and helpful delivery instructions when placing your order. This helps Sendle leave your parcel in the safest and most convenient spot.
Once your order has been picked up, changes to delivery instructions cannot be made.
When It's Not Safe to Leave the Parcel
If the delivery driver determines it’s not safe to leave your parcel unattended, they may take it to a nearby collection point. A collection card will usually be left, and you can collect your parcel from a designated location (e.g. local newsagent or convenience store).

Check Your Details
Please double-check your shipping and contact details in your order confirmation email to ensure they are correct.
If you spot an error and need to amend your details, contact us immediately at lumeceuticals@gmail.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, any additional charges or "return to sender" costs due to incorrect delivery information will be payable.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet
You can check the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your Shipment Order email.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays may require extra processing time.
While delays are rare, if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and appears genuinely overdue, please contact us at lumeceuticals@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.
Out of Stock Products
If a product in your order is out of stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch. Your order confirmation email will reflect the updated dispatch date.
